On July 11, nearly 30 nursing leaders from skilled nursing and assisted living communities attended Direct Supply’s 5th annual Clinical Leadership Conference, “Continuing Quality in Challenging Times.”

In addition to insight into the latest research and best practices in the use of pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions for residents with Alzheimer’s or other dementias, nurses in attendance received continuing education contact hours through Direct Supply’s partnership with University of Wisconsin—Madison School of Nursing Center for Professional  Development and Outreach.

Liz Jensen, RN/MSN, Direct Supply’s clinical director, is spearheading efforts to expand the company’s outreach and commitment to clinical nursing leaders through clinical resources, nursing education and professional networking opportunities.
