The Joseph C. Scott Medical Center is the centerpiece nursing addition of an overall repositioning plan for Rydal Park, owned by Presby’s Inspired Life. Rydal Park is a successful and established, 57-acre, CCRC campus in suburban Philadelphia that proactively sought to reposition their community to meet future market expectations.

Haven Hospice Custead Care Center - Orange Park, Florida

A patient stay in a hospice care center can be an intense experience for both the resident patient and their family. Historically hospice care center environments have been largely modeled after a typical skilled nursing facility with some additional lounge space provided for family use. This forward-thinking provider knew that there had to be a better alternative to meet the needs of the patient and their family as they participate in the ultimate resident-centered care experience.

St. John's Green House

St. John’s Green House project offers licensed skilled nursing care to ten elders in each of two residential suburban homes. Nationally, these are the first Green House® homes located away from a main campus and fully integrated into a residential community. Incorporated into to a development of townhomes, the Green House homes face the street with individual entries, driveways and garages while sharing a beautifully landscaped courtyard.
