As an administrator, do you feel networking is important for your professional development?

Comments:

- As administrators we cannot begin to know all there is to know about our profession. It is always good to learn from others’ experiences, be they good or bad ones.

- It is always good to see what others are doing, hear new ideas, and try different things. Competition is what makes communities better.

- There are so many challenges that we face and new ideas that can be generated through the support and network of other professionals.

Do you go out of your way to network with other professionals? Please discuss in the comments below.
