You may have read about the two nurses in Texas who were brought up on trial and faced 10 years in prison on the charge of misuse of official information. The jury thankfully laughed in the prosecution's face and dismissed the charge. But that incident is telling of the unbelievable amount of hostility that exists among healthcare workers. We need to fix that before we can ever make care for residents and patients better.
