Resident Sound Off: Peaceful community environments

Q:

Where in the community do you find most relaxing?

Resident Ruth
Kentucky
“My favorite spot here at Four Courts is outside on the patio or anywhere on the grounds. I enjoy the trees and the beautiful landscaping. I love the smell of the flowers that surround here. It relaxes me when I am outside and enjoying some nice conversation, and the scenery.”

Resident Maria

Signature HealthCARE of Columbia

Tennessee

“The entire building is beautiful, but the place I love the most is my room. I can lie on my bed and look at the television, old family pictures, even the scenery outside and just think. My room is my home and it's the place I can go to get away from everything and everyone. My room is my quiet place.”

Resident Helen

The Bridge at Rockwood

Tennessee

“I go to the living room because there are a lot of windows and I enjoy the view. There is a big TV and lots of good books to read in a homey atmosphere. It's quiet and I can concentrate. It's also a good place to meet new friends. It's a great place!”

Resident Margaret

Chautauqua Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

Florida

“My favorite place to relax at Chautauqua Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is the front porch. I love to see the flowers blooming on the lawn and around the entrance area as well as walking up and down the sidewalk and greeting people as they come and go."
